These earrings are stunners, featuring gorgeous glowing dyed red paua shell set in quality sterling silver. The earrings are just over 5cms in length inclusive of the silver hook. They are 12mm at the widest part at the bottom of the teardrop and then taper gently upwards creating a flattering shape that suits most face types.

New Zealand paua (known as abalone in other parts of the world) is famous for the amazing decorative patterns and colours. Dying it takes it a step further. The red dye is covered with resin creating a distinctive shine and the paua patterns peep through making the earrings rather fun and playful.
