This highly polished New Zealand paua (abalone) shell is a simple way to add some fabulous colour to your wardrobe.
Paua is from the group of Abalones that are found only in NZ, it is the interior of the shell that has the stunning blue and green colours. The polished shell is commonly used for jewellery.
The pendant is 4cm in diameter, with a silver koru design in rustic sterling silver sweeping around the pendant. Koru jewellery is highly symbolic and combined with the NZ paua shell make this pendant a piece of NZ to wear.
