Description

Say it with this handmade gold sapphire ring

This gorgeous ring was designed and created by Alex Achmad, qualified manufacturing jeweller with SilverStone Jewellery.

The ring has been independently valued by GemLab valuers in 2022 as having a retail market value of $5,000.

Notes from the valuation:

"Mount - is assembled handmade in 18ct yellow and white gold, stamped "18ct" with 'SilverStone Jewellery' makers mark.
16 x 12.9mm oval cluster head comprising a central yellow gold claw setting, and a white gold grain set frame surround with wire gallery and flanking grain set upswept shoulders, on a yellow gold under bezel and 2.5mm tapered rounded shank. Inside diameter is 18.4mm.
Star Sapphire - is four claw set, oval cabochon cut, approx 10 x 7.15 x 5.5mm, reported 4.1 carats, dark greenish blue, opaque, with a good 6 ray star.
Sapphires - 24 grain set, round mixed cut, approx 1.7 - 2mm, estimated to total 0.84carats, medium-dark, greenish-violet-ish blue, of commercial quality."
