Made in New Zealand sterling silver pearl ring


This stunning large white pearl ring is an absolute winner, this design is exclusive to us at SilverStone Jewellery and has been made with pride by Alex.

Made in sterling silver and featuring a gorgeous large half round white mabe pearl 15mm in diameter it is truly outstanding. The band of the ring is 5mm wide near the shoulders with a slight tapering to 3.8mm a thte back of the ring for a comfortable fit.

Please note the ring is size S so please check your ring size carefully before ordering. Our resizing service is not available until mid October 2023, we apologise for any inconvenience. 

A made pearl is a pearl that is grown with the help of man by implanting a foreign substance against the oysters shell causing the pearl to develop with a flat back which while still in the shell is known as a blister pearl. Once it has finished developing it is worked out of the shell, colour may be added, resin used as infill and finally the back of the pearl is sealed with mother of pearl shell which gives added strength as well as making the back of the pearl look gorgeous.

Mabe pearls are perfect for making silver jewellery because their flat back sits well on pendants and rings, they have a lustrous shine and are affordable.
