The bracelet is so beautiful I think an inscription is unnecessary. I would not want to put such a beautiful piece in the hands of anyone else in the possible event it could be damaged. Thank you very much for being a part of the 16th Great Greenhithe Tour 2009. The day was a wonderful success and without your help this would not have been possible. We raised over $20 000 for the kindergarten, which is a great achievement. This money will go towards repairing our leaking roof and extending our office space, as well as maintaining and upgrading learning resources for the children.

On behalf of the Lions Club of Waikanae I would like to thank you for your contribution to our Super Garden Trail in January 2009. The event was very successful.
This event has been run annually for 12 years but this is the first time we have had a commercial concession participating. From comments from members of our club and many of our garden visitors it is agreed that your stall was a perfect fit with our event.

I have a distinct inbred (I blame my mother) love of jewellery. I met Lori (again I blame my mother) 3 years ago and fell in love with the jewellery that she and Alex design and make. I am someone who strives to be slightly different, whether it be through my choice of hair colour (currently red and black) or through the way I choose to express myself through my clothes and accessories.
SilverStone Jewellery definitely helps me to achieve this. I love the originality the jewellery offers me – from the way the jewellery hangs and moves, to the way it jingles and the way it just shines. I have never received so many compliments about my jewellery as I have since I started wearing SilverStone.
As a teacher (my other job) I love the practicality of the jewellery. It’s made to last and made to be worn. There is so much choice from the one off ‘stunners’, to the day to day ‘look lovely and feel lovely’ pieces.
Lori has taught me a lot about looking closely at myself and appreciating what looks stunning, what looks ‘ok’ and what are the no-nos!
I guess it was therefore inevitable that I started working with SilverStone Jewellery so that I could share the ‘wisdom’ with other women. I love the buzz I get when I see someone walking away from my stall or from a party with a piece that I know she will wear to death and always feel fabulous in and I get a great sense of pride when I see them wearing it months later. My business with SilverStone has also allowed me to grow and develop in many areas. And when the new collections arrive!! – the ooohs!, the ahhhhs! and Oh Mys! just keep on flowing! And there is so much to choose from that no-one ever need fear they will miss out.

I have been purchasing SilverStone Jewellery since 2004, when SilverStone was launched. I started with a bracelet and earrings, then choker, then dangler, buying one or two pieces at a time to make the set.
This was my summer set of pearl shell. So when winter came along I needed another set and chose cowrie shell this time buying a dangler for the choker and earrings to match later.
I also have bought other individual gem pieces which are my mix and match favourites. When I wear my SilverStone Jewellery I feel great as I know it is quality jewellery and has style. I’ve hosted two SilverStone parties both in December for the past two years with the sole intention of getting myself a Christmas present from my husband! Its now becoming an annual expectation with my friends as well.
Both evenings ended up being such great social gatherings and my husband has always been amazingly generous because he’s seen how different and beautiful the jewellery actually looks like when it’s tried on.
I’ve never had a problem getting friends to come along because they’ve seen me wearing SilverStone pieces and everyone’s keen to see and try on for themselves. I’ve got a friend hosting a party this next week and I’m actually quite jealous it’s not me!
The whole concept of trying on jewellery with a bunch of friends giving honest feed back, encouragement and advice is so much fun and Lori knows all the pieces so well that she’s absolutely excellent at recommending what she thinks will suit. I’ve also had friends that have had people comment on their jewellery and they are always quick to let me know. I really look forward to hosting my next party.

After going to a couple of Lori's parties, I decided to have my own party and it was heaps of fun getting my friends around for a few glasses of wine and some nibbles and having a look at all the jewellery. I never feel like there's any pressure to buy anything - it's just a nice girly afternoon!
Prior to the day, Lori spent some time with me organizing a suitable date and time, after which invitations were sent to me to pass onto my friends. I sent the invites well in advance to ensure all my friends had plenty of time to organise their families and therefore attend the party.
Some 20 plus ladies made it on the day and I believe this to be a direct result of plenty of warning and also my follow up the week before.
We had a wonderfully successful day with Lori presenting a huge variety of products for sale.
My friends commented on the brilliant quality and reasonable prices offered and I have no hesitation in recommending the products myself.
Lori was very pleasant to deal with and most professional, arriving well in advance to set up and also offering eftpos and credit card as a convenient way for my guests to purchase any items they wanted. I wish her all the very best in growing her business and am looking forward to adding to my own SilverStone Jewellery collection in the future.

"It was with trepidation that I decided to do a "jewellery party", I had never been particularly interested in the concept...imagining costume jewellery that everyone had already seen.
Within 5 minutes of Lori arriving I knew we were in for some serious shopping. The jewellery was stunning, unique, high quality and plentiful...there would be no fighting over pieces! The day was a great success and the 30 friends I invited turned up .
The afternoon quickly became evening by which time everyone had experimented with the jewellery - the hard part being - not finding something we liked but deciding which of the pieces we could not live without - most of the girls left clutching a wee treat for themselves. I would definitely do it again. It was a great excuse to get together and we are all still marveling over our purchases. Thanks to Lori for fitting in as one of the group."
