Dispatch and deliveryPayment OptionsWe accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We use the DPS payment system for all online credit card payments. DPS has been developing and providing innovative and robust payment solutions for the Australian and New Zealand markets since 1997. Payment is also accepted within New Zealand via direct credit internet banking - please contact us if you would like to make payment this way. Prices, Duties and ChargesThe full price of each item is shown in New Zealand dollars inclusive of GST (goods service tax) which as of the 1st October 2010 is 15%. For our overseas visitors there is a currency convertor which will convert prices to your local currency. The currency convertor is updated daily in order to remain as accurate as possible, please note that there may be some variations in price due to changes in the foreign exchange rate beyond our control. International orders are charged in New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate prevailing at the time payment is processed by our bank. Import duties and taxes that may be imposed by countries outside New Zealand are the responsibility of the purchaser. Duties are generally between 5% and 10%. Taxes, including State/Country V.A.T. and consumption taxes vary from country to country. Dispatch & DeliveryOnce your payment has been cleared we will promptly arrange dispatch. Where payment is by credit card and items are in stock, this will normally be within 3 working days. We will advise you if there is a delay in dispatch. Deliveries within New ZealandDeliveries within New Zealand (including rural addresses) are sent by FREE OF CHARGE via Signature Required Courier Post Trackpak. This is a FREE service provided by SilverStone Jewellery on all purchases delivered within New Zealand. Normal delivery time within New Zealand is 1 - 2 days from dispatch. All items are sent in their SilverStone Jewellery packaging, bubble wrapped and then enclosed in a protective courier pack.

The cost of shipping to international destinations varies and charges are set out below. You are reminded that import duties and taxes you may be liable for are not included in the purchase or delivery prices and are your responsibility, if imposed by the country in which you take delivery of your purchase. Some goods may not be available for purchase from some countries. If this is the case we will contact you to let you know. Delivery time to most international destinations will be 2 - 8 working days from dispatch as estimated by NZ Post, please note that these delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee that an item will reach its destination within this period. Pleae remember that if you have to pay duties and taxes on any item that this is your responsibility.
