  • 100% guarantee for workmanship for 365 days from date of purchase. If your jewellery is faulty in any way, please contact us, we pledge to repair, replace or refund to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. Our only concern is that you are happy with the jewellery that you have purchased from us. 

Repair, replace or refund?

  • Should your jewellery become damaged for any reason please contact us to discuss your options, we will repair, replace or refund for 365 days from the date of sale for any damage caused through faulty workmanship.

 

Conditions

  • Please note our money back guarantee and 365 days guarantee does not apply to damage caused through general wear and tear or through damage caused from lack of care.
  • In these instances we will try to fix the damage but there could be costs involved, we will always quote and stand by our quote prior to carrying out any repairs.
  • These instances could include, but are not limited to, damage caused through dropping your jewellery, wearing your jewellery whilst using harsh chemicals or wearing in sulphur (such as the hot pools in Rotorua) or chlorinated pools. Hard knocks against hard surfaces can cause damage to your jewellery and is also not covered by our otherwise comprehensive guarantee.
